ЧЛЕНСТВО В ТОВАРИСТВІ:

Умови вступу до Українського фізіологічного товариства:

1.Членом Товариства може бути особа, яка приймає участь у науково-дослідній або викладацькій діяльності в галузі клінічної і експериментальної фізіології людини і тварин і яка має не менше двох публікацій у наукових журналах.

2. Для вступу до Товариства необхідно подати:

(А) заяву на ім’я Президента Українського фізіологічного товариства академіка П.Г.Костюка, в якій вказати кількість наукових публікацій;

(Б) рекомендацію члена Товариства.

Вступний внесок складає 1% від заробітної плати.

3. Членські внески сплачуються один раз на рік, ( грудень поточного року) з розрахунку 1% від заробітної плати за один місяць. Членські внески необхідно здати вповноваженій особі в Відділенні Товариства, в якому зареєстрований член Товариства.

Особа, яка не сплачує членські внески, перестає бути членом Товариства.

4. Почесним членом Товариства може бути особа, яка внесла вагомий внесок у фізіологічну науку. Почесні члени Товариства рекомендуються Центральною Радою і затверджуються на черговому з’їзді українського фізіологічного товариства .

УЧАСТЬ У МІЖНАРОДНИХ ТОВАРИСТВАХ :

1. Українське Фізіологічне товариство є повноправним колективним членом Федерації Європейських Фізіологічних товариств (FEPS) і Міжнародної Спілки Фізіологічних Наук (IUPS). За фінансової підтримки Національної Академії наук України Українське фізіологічне товариство сплачує щорічні внески за членство в цих організаціях, отже члени Товариства можуть користуватись всіма пільгами для членів FEPS і IUPS.

Conditions of Membership.

The Society is comprised of Members and Honorary Members.
Members: a person who has conducted research, who has published at least two papers in scientific journals and who is actively engaged in investigation or teaching in the field of both clinical and experimental aspects of Physiology is eligible for membership.
Honorary members: a person who has rendered distinguished service for physiology is eligible for Honorary membership. Responsibility of the Council is from time to time to recommend to the Society suitable candidates for Honorary membership. Such candidates become Honorary members by a majority vote at the meeting of the Society.
Eligibility to vote in the Society: members and Honorary members have the right to vote at any meeting of the Society.
Nominations: Applications for membership, signed by two members who know the applicants personally who vouch for their eligibility may be submitted to the Secretary at any time. Applications will be approved by the Council. Applications are processed twice a year.
Payment of Dues. Membership fees are to be paid on receipt of the annual dues notice and prior to December 25 for the ensuing calendar year. The size of the annual due is 1% of the month's salary. A person whose membership has been suspended for non-payment of fees may be reinstated at any time by the majority of votes at the annual meeting upon payment of the total unpaid fees. There is no annual fee for the Honorary members.
Resignation: any member may resign from membership by informing the Treasurer or Secretary of their intention to resign. A person who has resigned in this way is eligible to resume membership at a later date on payment of fees for the year of reinstatement.
Head Office: The Head Office of the Society resides in the city of Kyiv, in the Bogomoletz Institute of Physiology, Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.
Members of Board: The management of the Society is vested in a Board of nineteen members of the Council who serve without remuneration. The Board consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and fourteen members of the Council.
